comes with 10 years of London based experience within the Beauty and Aesthetics Industry, having worked as Lead Dermal Therapist and Head of Treatments as her most recent roles at top London clinics, where she designed and performed results-driven treatment protocols with patient safety and satisfaction of paramount importance.


As a NMC registered nurse, Raluca Baias offers the best possible care and the most advanced treatments to her patients, as an Aesthetic Nurse.


Raluca takes a bespoke approach with each treatment that she performs to ensure she meets the needs and Laser Pigmentation Removal wants of her patients and their skin. She creates a tailored treatment plan and guides her patients along their skin health journey, providing them with the best advice so that their short and long term skin goals are achieved.


Raluca is very detail oriented and extremely thorough in her treatments, ensuring she is putting all her energy, focus and utmost care to make her patient’s experience the best possible.


She is passionate about performing advanced treatments to reduce environmental damage and signs of ageing, SkinPen microneedling and Morpheus8 treatments being her favourite ways to address this. Raluca also loves facial massage, which she incorporates in all of the Luxe treatment she offers.
